General Policy

All payments made to the Company are subject to the terms stated below. Please read this Policy carefully before making any booking or payment.

Salon Services – Appointments

• Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full forfeiture of the booking amount.
• Completed or partially availed services are non-refundable.

Rescheduling of Appointments

Clients may request rescheduling of appointments subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to approve or deny rescheduling requests.

Training Courses & Academy Programs

• Course fees once paid are non-refundable.
• Admissions and enrollments are confirmed only after receipt of full or partial fees.
• If a student voluntarily withdraws or discontinues a course, no refund shall be issued.
• Course schedules, trainers, or content may be modified without prior notice.

Exceptional Refunds

Any refund or adjustment outside this Policy shall be considered only in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of the Company’s management. Such decisions shall be final and binding.

Online Payments & Technical Errors

In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, verified refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame as per banking regulations.

Promotional Offers & Packages

Services booked under promotional offers, discounted packages, or special schemes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Right to Refuse Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel services or admissions due to safety concerns, misconduct, policy violations, or operational reasons. In such cases, any refund, if applicable, shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
